Happy Kids Autism Intervention Services does not currently have any RBT positions open. However, we always accept resumes for entry level and/or experienced ABA therapists. Submitted resumes will remain on file for one year. Our therapists are committed to providing our clients with highly individualized, professional treatment based on the scientific principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) utilizing B.F. Skinner's Analysis of Verbal Behavior. As an ABA therapist, you will provide clinical skills instruction and implement behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to individuals with autism and related communication disorders under the direction/supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). Additionally, as an ABA therapist, you will collect data daily on programs, assist with parent training, and assist BCBA/BCaBA with clinical assessments as needed. Happy Kids Autism Intervention Services is a locally owned, smaller ABA center. The year 2019 marked our 10th year of providing quality behavior analytic services to individuals in the Killeen/Ft. Hood area. We are passionate about the quality of our therapy and about the families we serve. We provide our behavior therapists with extensive, paid training in applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment, such as discrete trial teaching (DTT), naturalistic teaching strategies (NATS), and verbal behavior (VB) and we offer opportunities for BCBA supervision/collaboration. We serve clients as young as 18 months (or age of initial diagnosis) through adulthood.
